Terms of participation in the exhibitions:

A contestant (company) willing to participate in the exhibitions, shall fill in the application form on the official website of MOSCOW FLOWER SHOW-2014 − http://flowershowmoscow.ru/ by June 1, 2014.

The contestant should sign a contract and pay the participation fee.

LOCATION OPTIONS:

“Standard” outdoor performance stages – 150 euro per 1 sq.m. (minimum 5 sq.m.)

“Classic” outdoor performance stages – 200 euro per 1 sq.m. (minimum 5 sq.m.)

“Land-Art” outdoor performance stages  – 150 euro per 1 sq.m.

“Classic” indoor pavilions – 1300 euro per 9 sq.m. (3m х 3m)

PARTICIPATION FEE INCLUDES:

• General organizational services for the festival (security and territory cleaning).

• Information support for the participants: listing the participant details in the catalog, on the official website and in the festival’s web pages in the social networks, mentioning in the materials of the festival media partners.

• Invitation cards to the gala opening and gala closing.

• Participation in the Festival Business Program.

• Assistance in the organization of business meetings with potential partners and clients in the festival area — in special VIP zones (by prior request and upon approval of the project curator).

Exhibition stages are wired for electricity. Additional equipment and services are available to participants upon individual requests and are charged additionally.

A stage reservation is made against payment only.
